What to expect
Every Accord demo is different because every organization’s software is different. Here’s how it works:
To prepare a meaningful demo, we’ll ask you to share the name and general type of the application you want to test. We don’t need access to your systems in advance — Accord is installed on the day.
In-person in the Greater Toronto Area, or remote via screenshare with a Windows machine you control. We’ll bring a screen reader if you need one; you just need the target application running.
The whole install takes under 20 minutes. We show you every step — no surprises. Accord runs as a user-mode process with no system drivers or kernel components.
We open your app with a screen reader active so you hear what your workers currently hear: silence, generic labels, dead navigation. Then we activate Accord and open it again. The difference is immediate.
If Accord is right for your environment, we’ll talk about a scoped pilot — typically 4–6 weeks, 5–20 workers, with before/after metrics you keep. No commitment required from the demo.

Common Questions
For the demo, no. Accord installs as a standard user-mode application. For a production rollout, we recommend looping in IT for Group Policy configuration and profile assignment, but this is a 30-minute conversation, not a project.
Accord runs entirely on the local machine — it doesn’t communicate with any external server to do its work. As long as the application runs on Windows, Accord works, regardless of your network setup.
No. Accord reads UI structure and displayed text. It does not intercept, store, or transmit any data that workers type into forms. Analytics logging is limited to anonymized task-timing telemetry and is opt-in at the organization level.
We’ll tell you in the demo. Accord works with any application that exposes a UI Automation tree — which covers the vast majority of Win32, WPF, WinForms, and Delphi apps. If your app is a pure image renderer or uses a non-standard UI toolkit, we’ll say so honestly.
Pricing is per-workstation per year with volume discounts. We don’t publish a rate card because most organizations need a scoped quote based on the number of workers and applications. The demo is free with no obligation.
Yes. We typically structure an initial pilot as a 4–6 week engagement at a reduced rate. This includes installation, profile configuration, baseline measurement, and a post-pilot report with before/after data you can use for internal business cases.
